    01Our story

    The Alonah story

Every appointment-based business runs on the same fragile moment: the phone rings, or a WhatsApp message lands, and someone is deciding whether to trust you with their time. We built Alonah so that moment is never missed.

    02Where it began

    The moment most businesses lose

A missed call at 9pm. A WhatsApp message that sits unanswered for six hours. A no-show nobody followed up on. Each one looks small — together, they're the difference between a fully booked calendar and an empty one.

    01

    Where it started

We started by asking a simple question: what if every one of those moments was answered instantly, warmly, and in the customer's own language — without needing a single new hire?

    02

    Why Alonah

We didn't want a name that sounded like software — we wanted one that sounded like someone. Alonah was chosen, not translated: no ancient meaning, no forced acronym, just a sound that felt warm without trying too hard, and never once needed explaining.

    What Alonah actually is

The always-on reception layer behind a business's WhatsApp and phone lines. It answers in under 10 seconds, in Arabic or English, books the appointment straight into the calendar, follows up before the visit, and quietly collects a deposit — all without the customer ever feeling like they're talking to a machine. The business stays the face of the interaction; Alonah is the engine running behind it.

    04What we believe

    The principles behind Alonah

    01

    Warmth scales

A good receptionist makes someone feel looked after in ten seconds. That feeling shouldn't be limited by staffing, time zones, or how many calls come in at once.

    02

    Language is a promise

Not a feature. A customer in Jeddah and a customer in Jakarta should both feel like they're being spoken to, not processed.

    03

Trust is built in small moments

Not the big pitch — the fast reply, the accurate booking, the reminder that arrives right on time.

Starting in the GCC, built for anywhere the gap exists

Alonah starts in the GCC, built first for the pace, language, and expectations of that market. But the problem we're solving — the gap between "someone reached out" and "someone was helped" — isn't regional. It's universal. As we grow, Alonah is built to go wherever that gap exists: new markets, new languages, and eventually, new channels beyond WhatsApp and voice.
