Terms & Conditions
These terms are an agreement between the business using the Alonah platform and Ciphers Lab LLC (3901 NW 79th Ave, Ste 245 #3613, Miami, FL 33166, USA), which owns and operates Alonah. By creating an account or subscribing, the business's authorized representative agrees to them.
01. The service
Alonah is a WhatsApp- and voice-first AI receptionist for appointment-based businesses: answering customer messages and calls in Arabic and English, booking into the business's calendar, collecting deposits, and handing off to staff when needed.
02. Accounts and responsibilities
The business is responsible for the accuracy of the information it provides (services, prices, hours, policies), for keeping login credentials secure, and for how its own staff use the platform. Alonah's replies are only as accurate as the information and configuration the business provides.
03. WhatsApp Business Platform
When a business connects WhatsApp to Alonah, its WhatsApp Business Account remains owned by the business. The business must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and Commerce Policy, including obtaining any required opt-in before messaging customers. WhatsApp fees for the messages handled through Alonah are included in the plan, within its monthly message allowance and fair-use limits. Phone-carrier fees for calls are covered by the minutes of the phone add-on, where the business has it. Messages and call minutes above those allowances are bought in the bundles shown on the pricing page. A plan described as unlimited is subject to reasonable fair use: for unusually high volume we may agree a volume in writing or move the business to a custom plan. The business can disconnect WhatsApp from Alonah at any time.
04. Payment terms
Subscription fees are billed per the plan and billing cycle selected at signup, in USD or a supported GCC currency. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. A subscription in payment failure may be suspended; see the reactivation flow in the client dashboard.
05. Intellectual property
Ciphers Lab LLC owns the Alonah platform and grants the business a limited, non-exclusive license to use it for its own operations during an active subscription. The business retains ownership of its own content (services, FAQs, uploaded documents) and its customers' data.
06. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ciphers Lab LLC, its affiliates, and its personnel shall have no liability for any damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Alonah platform, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost bookings, or lost data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
07. Termination
A business may cancel its subscription at any time from its dashboard. Ciphers Lab LLC may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. Reasonable data export is available for a period after cancellation. See the client dashboard's export tools. Data is then deleted as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page (https://alonah.com/data-deletion).
08. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Alonah platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.
09. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active businesses before taking effect.
