Connect WhatsApp and pick a category
Your first stop is connecting your dedicated WhatsApp Business number through the guided wizard, then choosing from 28 built-in business categories — each pre-loaded with a matching AI persona, starter services, and terminology so you're not starting from a blank page.
Explore your dashboard
The Overview tab is your daily snapshot — today's conversations and bookings, upcoming appointments, and revenue — with quick links into every other section: Conversations (the AI's inbox), Bookings, Services, Staff, and Settings.
Watch the core loop in action
A customer messages your WhatsApp number, the AI answers with knowledge of your services and hours, checks live availability, books the appointment (taking a deposit first if you require one), and sends a confirmation — the exact same loop your future customers will experience.
