Multi-location Management
18 min read
A business with more than one branch doesn't need a separate Alonah account per location — multi-location is built into the same tenant, with each branch keeping its own identity while reporting rolls up centrally.
Each branch keeps its own identity
Every location can have its own WhatsApp number, its own working hours, its own staff, and its own time zone. The AI automatically detects which branch a customer is messaging and answers with that branch's hours, staff, and services — the customer never has to specify which location they mean.
Staff-aware availability, per branch
Availability checks still go through Alonah's staff-aware engine at each branch — each staff member's own hours, the services they're qualified to deliver, and their existing bookings — so the AI never double-books a specific person, no matter how many locations a business runs.
Plan limits by number of locations
Starter and Professional plans cover a single location; Business covers up to 3 locations; Enterprise covers unlimited locations. Upgrading is a self-serve, prorated change from the dashboard billing page whenever a business is ready to add branches.
Centralized, per-branch reporting
The dashboard's Reports section filters every key metric — bookings, revenue, no-show rate, deposit revenue, call analytics, and more — by location, so an owner running several branches can see performance side by side without exporting to a spreadsheet first.
